Business Intelligence & Data Engineer | Data Scientist | AI Product Manager
I am a results-oriented data professional with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, data engineering, and strategic analytics. With over six years of experience across both research and industry, I specialize in designing data-driven solutions to solve complex problems and enhance decision-making. I hold a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, with a research focus on reinforcement learning for blood glucose control in Type 1 Diabetes patients.
Currently, I work as a Business Intelligence / Data Engineer contractor at the California Department of Health Care Services, where I lead the development of automated dashboards and data pipelines to support healthcare policy initiatives. One of my major contributions is a public-facing Power BI dashboard used to reconcile wrap payment submissions and encounter data from Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) across California.
Previously, I was a Data Scientist at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where I built models for infrastructure capacity forecasting and supported critical decision-making in data center and cloud migration planning.
In addition to my technical expertise, I have a strong understanding of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and practical experience working in Agile teams using tools like JIRA. I also hold a DoD Secret Clearance and serve as a U.S. Army Reservist, highlighting my leadership, discipline, and commitment to public service.
I received my U.S. green card through the EB2-NIW (National Interest Waiver) category, which does not require an employer job offer—demonstrating the national importance of my work and impact in the field.
Beyond my professional career, I enjoy learning about emerging technologies and exploring nature—whether hiking trails, beaches, or mountains. I am also the founder and community leader of a 14.1k-member Facebook group called "USA Green Card ย้ายไปทำงาน ไม่ต้องมี Job Offer", where I guide Thai speakers on U.S. immigration pathways, including EB1A, EB2 NIW, and EB3 Unskilled. I also launched a new group called "ASVAB for Thai" to support Thai-Americans interested in joining the U.S. Armed Forces.
I’m always open to new opportunities that allow me to bring innovation, leadership, and data-driven strategy to mission-driven organizations.
